Consequently, playing the guitar quickly became a daily bread. Once graduated from highschool, Felipe was admitted to the Luis. A. Calvo music academy in Colombia where he was introduced to classical music theory and technique as well as music reading and composition. After a few years of classical studies, Felipe developed a burning passion for jazz and so decided to join the Jazz Guerrero academy.
Since then, Felipe studied a variety of styles, and was privileged to play and tour with multiple bands. With extensive stage and recording experience under his belt, Felipe has enjoyed sharing his passion and knowledge, helping countless students accelerate their learning and increase their skills and confidence. As a seasoned multi-instumentalist, specializing in teaching guitar and bass, he is excited to help artists, from beginners to advanced, develop and achieve their musical dreams.
